Pluk Amsterdam

If you are forever looking for pretty cafes around the world you have probably no doubt seen this gem! Especially their unicorn smoothie bowls. Located amongst some very cool independent cafes and boutique shops on 9 Streets, Pluk serves up not only healthy but delicious food.

Where did I eat and drink in Amsterdam?

Amsterdam is a foodies heaven! I think everywhere I looked there was yummy food from chips covered in sauces, waffles coated in chocolate, to big ice cream cones. But also nestled away there are healthier cafes and amazing coffee shops (and I mean coffee shops that sell coffee beans). I had seen some places online and had kept them in mind when on my little city break and I loved each and every one of the places we went too. Even my three euro pizza slice was INCREDIBLE!

Warning: This post may make you extremely hungry… Like I am now writing it!

St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall

During this snow apocalypse (thank you to the beast from the east) we are currently having, I find myself slipping off into a daydream of summer adventures.

We all need something to look forward to and this beautiful spot in Marazion, Cornwall is the perfect place in either spring or summer. You may have seen images of this historic castle perched on top of a hill out in the ocean and people wandering up a causeway through the sea! Basically walking on water…

So, if you want a fun day out to look forward too I suggest this gem.

A Guide to Edinburgh

Hello! And welcome to the first post of 2018! I hope you all had a lovely break over Christmas and new year full of eating, drinking and a lot of lazy days. I know I did, I think I wore PJs more than I wore clothes… But it was Christmas so it was allowed.

But back to reality now and I am back at university sitting in my room wrapped up in 100 layers typing this blog post. Yipee to student accommodation!

Now I absolutely loved Edinburgh and recently coming home from there after Hogmanay,  I thought I would put together a little guide to the places I have loved. I have only been a few times so I do not have the super exclusive places but I am writing this to tell you all the little tourist spots and cool places to go if you do. As well as this, I have only been when it has been extremely cold so I cannot give tips about Fringe festival or beer gardens as that would be extremely cold! Hopefully, in the future when I visit again, of course, I will go in warmer months.

Blogmas day 8: Peggy Porschen Cakes

I entered a bloggers paradise here at Peggy Porschen Cakes! And there was even a blogger perched on the steps under the beautiful doorway with her professional photographer snapping away.

This explosion of pink against the dark London road is an instant uplift especially on the wet cloudy day like ours! You can always rely on the English weather not to let you down ha ha.

Blogmas Day 6: Christmas Shopping in London

I love London and at Christmas, I love it even more if that is possible because of all the decorations and the atmosphere that London itself has around this time of year. I must say my favorite places to visit at Christmas is Selfridges and Carnaby street they just have the best decorations.

Throughout December Selfridges has tons of stuff going on to celebrate the time of year. Everything from Santa in the store, Christmas choir, and DJs, a party parade, breakfast with Santa and they have a whole floor dedicated to Christmas where you can even buy personalised Christmas crackers!! Only at Selfridges!

Blogmas Day 5: All About Inds (Christmas Edition)

When I was thinking about my blog the other day I thought I have never really told you anything about me! All you here about is my travel trips, tips and how clumsy I am but I have never really sat down and shared a post about myself. So as Blogmas is a bit of fun I thought this would be the perfect time to do it and I thought I would add a Christmas twist.

I have taken some random question from the ‘get to know me tag’ online, asked my mum too ask my some things people might want to know and then added a few of my own! So hopefully by the end of this post you will know Inds, the girl behind Stories of Adventure!
